What we offer our guests:
Cowes holiday homes has seen massive growth in business in the last few years  because we provide excellent customer service.
We always reply to any potential booking promptly day or night.
We always meet & greet our guests into the property & we consider this to be highly important part of the business in bringing the personal touch to our guests. 
We are always happy to pick guests up with our courtesy bus if guests are coming by foot or for the crews picking up from the marina's has proven to be very popular. 
We offer 15% off Red Funnel Ferry vehicle crossings.
We always make sure our guests can make a cuppa by at least leaving tea, coffee sugar & milk ( this is very popular).
A lot of  holiday homes are serviced by Empire cleaning were they supply the linen & do the cleaning  are reputed to be the highest standard of cleanliness.
We had zero complaints this season & have several reviews that have commented on the cleanliness of the house & the quality of linen. 
We also have a quite a few properties that are serviced by 
Charlotte Gray Cleaning were she will launder the owner's own linen & do a great job in keeping the property up to the high standard we demand. 
Our far as we as concerned, getting the booking is only part of our work. We are only satisfied once the guests have left & as they often do, tell us they will be coming back.

What we offer our Owners:
No Joining Fee:
We don't charge for you to join us, providing we are your sole agent. You are welcome to block out as many dates as you like for personal use & we don't mind if this is high season,  But all other bookings must be through us & are subject to our commission 
Global Marketing:
Your property is not just put on our website, we also build a link on HomeAway & TripAdvisor ( Holiday Lettings).
For owners who wish to maximise their income, we also offer access to live sites like booking.com but we must have as much notice as possible of dates of private usage as bookings on these live sites can happen at any moment. 
Commission :
Our commission is fixed at 12% 
We like to price our properties for a full 12 months ahead. 
We like to an agree a minimum let price with you.This typically starts at £300 on the smaller houses rising to £450  for the larger houses, But we will go with whatever you want it set at. This means we will never sell any accommodation even one night for less than this price
without agreeing it with you first, this may be where a client is coming to work here for a longer period & we agree a discounted price for that period.
Cleaning & Laundry:
We mainly use 2 cleaning companies 
Empire Cleaning 
Provide use with an excellent service over the last 4 years,  As all their linen is hired in & is hotel standard linen & they have set prices for this See opposite & they will quote for the cleaning after inspection of your property. This gives the properties a professional feel & means the standard of the linen is always maintained. 
Charlotte Gray Cleaning 
We have also used Charlotte over the last 4 years & she is happy to get the linen provided by owners ( 2 sets needed ) laundered & turned around, this can work well for those owners who have a high amount of personal usage. 
We are happy for you to use your own cleaners, provided they can maintain the high standard we demand & cope with the number of bookings. 
Property Maintenance:

Properties with gas must have a Gas Safety Certificate renewed annually.You can arrange this yourself or we can for £75

All portable electrical equipment i.e. kettles, toasters etc must be Pat tested annually. You can arrange this yourself or we can arrange for 

£1 per item including a laminated certificate.

Urgent repairs, costing under £100,  are generally fixed immediately for the benefit of the guests without contacting the owner. This can be things like toilet seats or valves, light bulbs etc.  Everything is charged at cost with labour rates at £20 per hour. Anything over a £100 we will contact you to discuss who to use & the quickest way to get the issue resolved. 

Cowes Holiday Homes owes its success to its meet and greet service with a minibus pickup if needed. We charge £10 per booking and employ additional staff in high season. This is an optional service which owners may wish to provide themselves.

Small Welcome Pack:

Tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided at £3 per let and is always appreciated and mentioned in reviews. For large group lets at peak times like Cowes Week, we can provide a bumper pack but owners may do this themselves if they wish. We do on some properties provide more of a welcome pack & we are happy to discuss the benefits of this with you. 

Monthly Statement & payment :
We pay you at the end of each month & you will receive a full monthly statement clearly showing all your income & deductions & balance which has been transferred to your account.   
We can't guarantee the amount of bookings, but we will guarantee to work as hard as we can to maximise the amount of revenue you receive & are happy to show you what some of our properties similar to yours are achieving. 
Type of Property: 
We don't take on every property, things like location, parking, layout & suitability are taken in to consideration, so if you are considering buying a holiday accommodation in Cowes, we advise you talk to us first, we know what works & what doesn't, so a quick chat could save you making a costly mistake.
