Our far as we as concerned, getting the booking is only part of our work. We are only satisfied once the guests have left & as they often do, tell us they will be coming back.

Here are our terms & conditions:
We don't charge for you to join us, providing we are your sole agent. You are welcome to block out as many dates as you like for personal use. We will allow your property to be marketed through other agents, but all bookings must be through us & we will still take our commission, this doesn't mean less income as all our properties are priced - the other agent just adds on their commission. This worked very well last year with Quay Management & Regatta lets.
Your property is not just put on our website, we also build a link on HomeAway & TripAdvisor ( Holiday Lettings).
For owners who wish to maximise their income, we also offer access to live sites like booking.com but we must have as much notice as possible of dates of private usage.
Our commission is 10 % with a minimum charge of £30.
An Agreed Minimum Let Price:
We like to an agree a minimum let price with you.This typically starts at £200 on the smaller houses rising to £400 for the larger houses, But we will go with whatever you want it set at.
Cleaning & Laundry:
Most of our cleaning is provided Empire Cleaning as they provide an excellent service. Their current linen price list opposite & they will quote for the cleaning after inspection of your property. We are happy for you to use your own cleaners & linen, but we demand a high standard & good quality linen & towels.
Properties with gas must have a Gas Safety Certificate renewed annually.You can arrange this yourself or we can for £75
All portable electrical equipment i.e. kettles, toasters etc must be Pat tested annually. You can arrange this yourself or we can arrange for
£1 per item including a laminated certificate.
Meet & Greet Service:
Cowes Holiday Homes owes its success to its meet and greet service with a minibus pickup if needed. We charge £10 per booking and employ additional staff in high season. This is an optional service which owners may wish to provide themselves.
Small Welcome Pack:
Tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided at £3 per let and is always appreciated and mentioned in reviews. For large group lets at peak times like Cowes Week, we can provide a bumper pack but owners may do this themselves.Monthly Statement & payment :
If we have a one off single let & no other let that month you will be paid as soon as that let has finished.
If you have a month where you have more than one booking you will receive a end of month statement, clearly showing all your income deductions & balance see examples opposite.
We can't guarantee the amount of bookings, but we will guarantee to work as hard as we can to maximise the amount of revenue you receive.
