Please note there is a clause in the Leasehold on this property which means the guests must be a family unit or related individuals.
The lounge has sliding doors that open onto to the car park, which makes this apartment suitable with limited mobility. A lovely spacious kitchen ensures cooking home comforts an easy task with a comfortable lounge to relax in during the evenings.

I have stayed in Cowes many times and in many apartments and I have to say, this is one of my favourites. I cannot fault this apartment at all. It is in an excellent location, approx 30 secs walk to Marks and Spencers and also the bus stop which will take you to Newport. It is also only a minute's walk to all the bars, shops and restaurants in West Cowes. Spacious living room with modern kitchen and everything you need for a stay in Isle of Wight. Hopefully will have another stay here at some point.
