Description:
This very centrally located 3 storey Victorian town house easily provides comfortable accommodation for 10 people. Downstairs there's a lovely open plan layout with a fully equipped kitchen, with a large dining table & cosy well decorated lounge area. Each floor has the bonus of a bath or shower room so great for large groups. The location and facilities of this property makes it perfect for sailing crews, corporate stays and large families. 
Outside is a small courtyard garden with some outdoor furniture and BBQ.

Reviews:
We stayed in the house with our friends and four kids for four nights over new year, and had a fantastic time. The booking process was easy and we had a very friendly 'meet and greet' at the house with the heating on and milk in the fridge for a well-needed cuppa. The house itself was as described: a superb space so you never felt crowded - even with 8 people - really nicely furnished and absolutely everything you could need incl WiFi, childrens toys and great cooking equipment, so it really felt like a 'home from home'. The location was amazing, literally 10 seconds from Cowes High Street near the restaurants, shops, marina, beach etc. It was very easy to park very nearby using the permits provided. We'd love to stay again and enjoy everything the IoW has to offer - in sunshine next time.....
