This delightful Victorian townhouse is situated in Victoria Road which makes it a great location for festival, holiday, sailing booking & with its flexible layout & TV's  in all the bedrooms it is well suited for crews,corporate & large families  Cowes Cottage is approximately a 7 minute walk from the Cowes Yacht Haven Marina and the High Street. The kitchen diner is a great social area, a place to eat, drink and wind down the day. A separate lounge at the front of the house available for those looking for a cosy place to watch TV. This property also benefits from a lovely long garden ideal in the summer to sit out in the evenings. A parking space for one car to the front of the property and a bus stop a minutes walk away makes this house a perfect location for all.

Cowes Cottage is in a really convenient location for Cowes town centre, and a good base for exploring the island. The house is well equipped and had a few little extras we weren't expecting, like: washing up liquid, washing detergent, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, cling film and toilet roll to name a few. Graham, the manager, also put some milk in the fridge for us on arrival. The beds are comfy and the large dining room is great, however, the living room is very small. It was handy having a downstairs toilet, main bathroom and the extra en-suite on the top floor with 6 of us staying there. There is one parking space on the driveway in front of the property which is great, but if you require extra parking, you may end up parking a few minutes away. The main bathroom shower didn't work when we arrived at the property, but we advised the manager Graham, and he came over that day, then returned the following day to replace the shower for us.

Lovely house with excellent facilities and extremely good value for money. Our family enjoyed staying here and would come back again. Isle of Wight is a great place for families.

Parking: comes with its own drive for 1 car & no restrictions in street
